‼️“O’ Talib al-‘Ilm!🦋

💎(Student of knowledge) Know, that courage is an enormous obligation upon those who learn knowledge - so be courageous, and speak out with the truth, and do not compromise with anyone.

‼️And know - may Allah protect you from evil - that merely concealing the truth, and being silent about it: this is something which Allah has not only warned with threats of Divine Punishment; rather, He has cursed them - and there is no might, nor power, except with the permission of Allah.

‼️So if this is the case (regarding those who merely conceal the truth, by being silent), then what about those who actually speak for falsehood?”

[Sheikh Sultan ibn Bajad al-Otaibi ¦ Risalah ‘ila Talib al-‘Ilm ¦ p. 7]
💠The reality of Islam is surrender to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) alone, and no other.

This is the meaning of Laa ilaaha ill-Allah (there is no god but Allah).

[Ibn Taymiyah | Majmoo‘ al-Fataawa, 4/245]
================================

💠Understanding and internalizing this declaration has profound implications:

☝️Exclusive Worship: Directing all acts of worship prayer, supplication, reliance, and love solely to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala).

🚫 Rejection of Idolatry, false gods, false ideologies : Avoiding any form of association with Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) , be it through intermediaries or attributing divine qualities to others.

🍃Submission to Divine Will: Aligning one's actions and decisions with the guidance provided by Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) through the Qur'an and the teachings of the RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam).

💥Islam is characterized by wholehearted submission to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) , as encapsulated in the declaration [Laa ilaaha ill-Allah] This submission is not just a verbal affirmation but a comprehensive lifestyle of devotion, obedience, and unwavering faith in the oneness of Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala).
🔰Among the causes of having worries disappear and sins forgiven is sending ṣalāh (supplications for peace) upon the Prophet ﷺ, and the effect of sending ṣalāh upon him on Friday is greatest.

💠Ubayy ibn Kaʻb, may Allah be pleased with him, said,

🔰"O Messenger of Allah, I frequently invoke the blessings of Allah upon you. How much of my supplications should I devote to you?"

💢He, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, "Whatever you wish." I said, "A quarter?" He said, "Whatever you wish, and if you do more, it is better for you." I said, "One half?" He said, "Whatever you wish, and if you do more, it is better for you." I said, "Two thirds?" He said, "Whatever you wish, and if you do more, it is better for you." I said, "Shall I devote all my supplication to (invoking blessings upon) you?"

💥He said, "Then, you will be freed from your worry and your sin will be forgiven."

[At-Tirmithi: good-authentic; Al-Haakim in Al-Mustadrak]

💠Anas bin Maalik (radhi Allaahu anhu) said:  Verily the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:

💥Whoever sends Salah upon me once Allah will send ten (blessings) upon him and remove ten of his sins and raise his rank by ten levels.

[Imam Ahmad in his Musnad, Imam Bukharee in Adabul Mufrad #642 and #643. Jami Sagheer #6359 authenticated by Al Abaanee]

💠“Truly Allah and His angels say Salah on the Prophet, O you believers, recite Salah on him and send Salam on him completely.” [Al-Ahzab | C.33: A.56]

💠 Ibn Abbas (Rady'Allahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, said,

‼️"Whoever forgets to send blessings upon me, he has missed a path to Paradise."

[Sunan Ibn Mäjah 908]

"Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah (Alone)" and then remained on a right course (Istaqamu) -

💥the angels will descend upon them (at the time of their death)[saying], "Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised"

[Surat al-Fuzzilat C.41-A.30]
💠Abū Sufyān Wakīʿ ibn al-Jarrāḥ ibn Malīḥ al-Ruʾāsī al-Kilābī al-Kufī** (745/47--812 | رحمه اللّٰه):

مَن لم يأخُذ أُهْبةَ الصلاةِ قبلَ وقتِها، لم يكن وقّرها.

🔰"Whoever does not prepare for the prayer before its time has not truly honored it."

[Hilyat al-Awliyā: 8/369]
💢“Whoever turns away from Tawhīd is a Mushrīk whether he likes it or not,

💢 and whoever turns away from the Sunnah is an innovator whether he likes it or not.”

🔥 A Stern Reminder on the Foundations of Islam

💥This serves as a powerful reminder of the necessity for unwavering adherence to the foundational principles of Islam, particularly Tawḥīd.

🚫 Deviating from Tawḥīd or the Sunnah, whether intentionally or unintentionally, is considered a serious transgression that can lead to misguidance and, in severe cases, shirk (associating partners with Allah) or innovation (bidʿah).

🔰Therefore, it is imperative to seek authentic knowledge, remain vigilant against innovations, and consistently align our beliefs and practices with Tawḥīd and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
💠 Muhammad ibn Ka'b (Rahimahu'Allah) said:

📖"Whoever [always] reads the Qur'an will be blessed with his intellect, even if he is two hundred years old!"

[Al-Bidayah Wa An-Nihayah: 9/270]
-----------------------------------

🔰This ia the spiritual and intellectual benefits of constant engagement with the Qur'an. Here's what it implies in detail:

🧠 "…will be blessed with his intellect…"

💥The Qur'an sharpens the mind, strengthens memory, and refines judgment. Constant recitation and reflection protect the intellect from decline, even in extreme old age.

💢"…even if he is two hundred years old!"

💠This is not literal, people don't live that long. It's a rhetorical exaggeration (hyperbole) meant to stress the long-lasting cognitive benefits of staying connected with the Qur'an.

💥 The Qur'an is a source of light, clarity, and wisdom. Reciting it regularly brings mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual strength.

🍃As a person ages and their body weakens, but their mind and heart can remain strong through the Qur'an.

Modern Relevance:

🔰Even today, studies show that mental stimulation (like memorization, recitation, and reflection) protects against cognitive decline. The Qur'an, being deeply meaningful and linguistically rich is a powerful form of mental exercise.
💠 Allah subhanahu wa taala commands believers to be steadfast in truthfulness:

🌟 "O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice."

[C 33 : A. 70]

💢 This ayah emphasizes the importance of speaking justly and truthfully, regardless of circumstances.

🛡️ Courage in the Face of Fear

🍃 Rasul'Allah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) highlighted the virtue of speaking the truth, even when it is difficult:

💢"Do not let the fear of people prevent you from speaking the truth if you witness it, as it won't shorten lifespan or decrease your livelihood if you tell the truth or remind people about something great."

[ Musnad Aḥmad - 11869]

🛡️This hadith encourages believers to overcome fear and uphold the truth, trusting that their provisions and lifespan are in Allah's hands.

🌟 The Reward of Truthfulness

Truthfulness leads to righteousness and ultimately to Paradise. Rasul'Allah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) reported to have said:

🍃"Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. A man continues to tell the truth until he is recorded with Allah as a truthful person."

[Sahih al-Bukhari 6094, Sahih Muslim 2607]

💠This narration underscores the spiritual benefits of consistently speaking the truth.

🛡️ Standing Firm Against Injustice

💢 Our Deen encourages speaking the truth, especially in the face of oppression:

⚔️ "The best form of jihad is to speak a word of truth to an oppressive ruler."

[ Sunan al-Nasa'i 4209]

This hadith highlights the significance of voicing the truth as a form of striving in the path of Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) , particularly when confronting injustice.

🔥 In times of fear and uncertainty, Islam teaches us that upholding the truth is not only a moral duty but also a means of attaining Allah's pleasure and reward. Believers are encouraged to trust in Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala), speak the truth with wisdom and courage, and remember that ultimate success lies in His hands.
🔰Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) is utterly self-sufficient and independent of His creation, while human beings attain true dignity and honor through exclusive submission to Him alone.

🕋 Allah's Absolute Independence

💥Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) is al-Ghaniyy (the Self-Sufficient) and as-Samad (the Eternal Refuge). This means He is entirely free from need, while all creation is in constant need of Him. Allah subhanahu wa taala states:

💠"Say: He is Allah, the One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge."

[Surah Al-Ikhlas | 112:1--2]

💢Allah's dominion is neither increased by the obedience of His servants nor diminished by their disobedience. This is emphasized in a Hadith Qudsi where Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) says:

💥"O My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, the humans and the jinn, were all as pious as the most pious heart among you, it would not increase My kingdom in the least. And if the first of you and the last of you, the humans and the jinn, were all as wicked as the most wicked heart among you, it would not decrease My kingdom in the least."

☝️This underscores that Allah's sovereignty and perfection are absolute, unaffected by human actions.

🤲 The Purpose and Benefit of Worship

🍃 While Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) does not need our worship, He commands it for our own benefit. Worship is an expression of deep love, humility, and reverence towards Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala). Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahu'Allah) explains In his book 'al-Ubudiyah' that true worship combines "extreme love and extreme humility."

💢 'Through sincere worship and obedience, believers cultivate a closer relationship with Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala), leading to spiritual growth and inner peace. Allah subhanahu wa taala assures:

💠 "And whoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty)."

[Surah At-Talaq | 65:2]

💢Thus, obedience to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) is a means for personal development and attaining His mercy, not a necessity for Him.

🍃By recognizing that all others are as dependent on Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) as oneself, a believer frees themselves from undue reliance on creation, finding true honor and dignity in servitude to Allah subhanahu wa taala alone.
🔰Among the causes of having worries disappear and sins forgiven is sending ṣalāh (supplications for peace) upon the Prophet ﷺ, and the effect of sending ṣalāh upon him on Friday is greatest.
